Standard Massage Treatments:
Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Zen Shiatsu Therapy, Soft Tissue Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascia Release Massage, Moxibustion, Mobilisation; add Cupping or Hot Stones to your massage for greater benefit.

Spa Massage Treatments:
Swedish/Relaxation Massage, add hot oil to your massage for deeper relaxation.

Specialized Massage Treatments:
Hot Stone Massage, Frequency Healing Therapy

Making Appointments
We keep our prices affordable by not having a receptionist, we would appreciate if you can use our online booking system so our therapists can be of best service to you. If you need to talk to us we are happy to take your call, please feel free to leave us a message if we are unable to take your call - we endeavour to get back to you within the hour.

Please note if you make an appointment for a minor (17 and under) a parent/guardian will have to be present in the treatment room, all therapists are blue card approved. There is no exception to this rule: it's in the best interest of your child and our business. Thank you for your understanding.

Clinic Address
5 Chapel Street, Nundah Village 4012 QLD. We are located 50m from Woolworths Nundah with limited street parking available, we suggest looking for a park on Buckland road across the park from our clinic. Please do not park behind the building as you risk to be towed away.

Opening Hours
Regular business hours: 9:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 3:00pm on Saturday.

Because we understand people have busy lives we now offer appointments outside our regular opening times and on public holidays (from $10/hour surcharge applies). After-hour appointments are available after 7:00pm Monday to Friday and after 3:00pm on Saturday, available via our online booking system.

Early morning massage treatments must be pre-paid and are available from 7:00am by appointment only. Please call (07) 3162 1528 to book early morning appointments!

Loyalty Program
Bodi Balance offer pre-paid loyalty packages for frequent clients, save up to $22 per treatment. For more details contact us direct on (07) 3162 1528.

Payment Options
We offer EFTPOS and HEALTHPOINT (HICAPS) payments, please note that we accept VISA and MASTERCARD only. Corporate events are payable via direct deposit into our nominated bank account or via credit card (1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments).

Health Practitioner Rates
We currently offer up to $20 discount to Ambulance Service Staff (Registered Nurses and Paramedics) for Remedial Massage and Zen Shiatsu Therapy. This is our way to say THANK YOU for all the hard work you do in our community. This offer is only available online and you will need to supply relevant documentation before your treatment or you will be charged our regular fee.

Our Therapists
Our caring Therapists are highly qualified (Diploma or higher) and fully insured. We all belong to Professional Associations such as ATMS, STAA, AAMT and others.

Health funds and rebates
We are registered with all major Health Fund Providers. Health Rebates depend on your insurer and your level of cover - enquire directly with your provider for details on rebate entitlements. Please note that other conditions apply for private health members - ask in clinic for more details.

Cancellation Policy
In case you have to reschedule your appointment please give us 24 hours notice! Cancellations or changes within 4 hours of treatment time will attract a 50% cancellation fee unless your spot can be filled, missed appointments will be charged at full rate. Should you arrive late for your appointment you can only receive the remaining treatment time and will be charged the full amount, change of treatment duration due to late arrival is not permitted. Our cancellation policy enables other clients who are awaiting appointment times to receive treatment and is for client and therapist consideration.
